We have thought of every detail to make the first visit calm and pleasant.

How long it takes

Usually 1.5–3 hours depending on coat condition and size.

What to bring

A leash and treats. Please do not feed a large dog before grooming, and take your dog for a walk first.

How we meet

We give your dog time to settle in and work gently.

If your dog is anxious

We work gently, without force or rush — please tell us in advance. For strong anxiety, consult a veterinarian and introduce brushing gradually at home.

Can I stay?

There is a separate observation area. If needed, the owner may stay next to the dog during the appointment.
